I am a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Office 2019/365 Specialist Expert Instructor and a Microsoft Office 2016 Specialist Master Instructor based in Benoni, South Africa. For the past 4 years, I have specialized in conducting training & consulting for Microsoft Office applications, specifically for business/end users. I prepare candidates for the Microsoft Office Specialist exams so they can achieve the Microsoft Office Specialist certifications. I also provide customized business/end user training for Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, Teams & Excel VBA. Prior to this, I’ve worked in the higher education industry for 4 years as a technical support professional.
I am the Microsoft Certified Regional Lead since 2020 for South Africa. I am one of approximately 80 regional leads worldwide. I play a key part in helping Microsoft as a volunteer to serve the global MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) Community through community leadership, mentoring support, and engagement with Microsoft. I also regularly provide input on program changes, organizing events, forum engagement, and help to disseminate key communication to the broader community on Microsoft products and services.
